Secure a new apartment with a 5% deposit at Kings Reach

Under Help to Buy, a Government loan of up to 20% is provided for new-build properties up to the value of £600,000, meaning the purchaser only requires a 75% loan-to-value mortgage and a 5% deposit. There is no salary cap for customers using the scheme and it is available to both first-time buyers and existing homeowners looking to move.

A one-bedroom ‘Blakeney’ apartment, priced £78,495, for example, can be secured for an 80% Help to Buy price of just £62,796, including a 5% deposit of only £3,925.

Meanwhile, customers could take advantage of Help to Buy to snap up a two-bedroom ‘Bure’ apartment for 80% of its £95,995 full price – that’s just £76,796, including a 5% deposit of £4,800.

Each high-quality new apartment at Kings Reach features a contemporary open-plan kitchen/dining/living room, good-sized bedrooms and a main bathroom, with allocated parking located outside. Selected plots also benefit from attractive Juliet balconies to living areas.

Situated on the outskirts of King’s Lynn and close to a stunning Fenland landscape, Kings Reach offers homebuyers a tranquil location that is only minutes from a choice of shops, pubs, leisure facilities and places to eat.
