Extra Help to Buy a new home in South Derbyshire

Buyers must act fast if they want to save more than £45,000 off the initial price of a brand new home in South Derbyshire and avoid stamp duty.

With only three properties still available, time is of the essence for those who want to buy a brand new Redrow home at Priory Fields in Church Gresley.

The good news is that they’re easier to afford thanks to the Government-backed Help to Buy scheme. “To encourage people to act now, before it’s too late, we’re offering to pay the stamp duty for those who exchange contracts within four weeks. That could be another couple of thousand pounds they don’t have to find to fund their move.”

The final homes available at Priory Fields include three and four-bedroom properties, priced from £154,995. They include a four-bedroom Lincoln, on the market and ready to move into at £229,995 or £183,995 with Help to Buy.

The remaining 20% share is covered by the equity loan, which is interest free for five years and can be repaid when the customer has more funds available or when they resell.

Despite the lower price, Help to Buy customers enjoy all the benefits of those who purchase a new Redrow home at full market value.
