Unveiled as part of the 2013 Budget, Help to Buy offers assistance for buyers who only have a small deposit of around 5%. Potential buyers with a property to sell also have the option of using Home Exchange when purchasing the Derwent. Those meeting the qualifying criteria can sell their current home to Miller, based on independent valuations. Miller will then take responsibility for getting the house on the market, including all estate agent and advertising fees, freeing the buyer up to concentrate on the move to their new home.
