Enjoy an Easy Move to Oakgrove in Caterham-on-the-Hill

Moving house can be a daunting prospect, but Berkeley’s new Easy Move scheme is designed to take away some of the stress.

The scheme, available for buyers at Berkeley’s new Oakgrove development in Caterham-on-the-Hill, helps prospective buyers sell their existing home so that they can secure a new home at Oakgrove.

Maria Morris, head of sales & marketing at Berkeley, says: “Easy Move is great for helping people achieve a smooth transition to a new property. House moves can be delayed or, in extreme cases, stopped because of trouble selling the previous home. We want to ensure we are doing everything we can to help.”

Backed by its considerable experience of the residential property market, Berkeley will manage the sales process of the buyer’s existing home. It will appoint estate agents and organise valuations; if not already in place, and liaise with the agents from beginning to end – Berkeley will even pay the estate agent fees.

Recently launched, Oakgrove is proving extremely popular, with 22 homes now sold off-plan. The first phase at Oakgrove comprises two-bedroom coach houses and two, three and four-bedroom houses, with prices ranging from £235,000 up to £470,000. The first show homes at Oakgrove will be unveiled in June.

Internally, the new homes will offer residents the ultimate in style and quality, with inviting hallways opening onto impressive open-plan reception rooms and luxurious bedrooms.

Outside, residents will have access to over four acres of open space, including an area of woodland and a newly created Natural Play Trail. Each house will have its own secluded rear garden and patio area.

Oakgrove is well-connected, despite its semi-rural location. Its position within the M25 makes access to the City easy, with central London only around 17 miles away. With the M25 just three miles away and close proximity to the A23, a direct route to the south coast, the road network is particularly desirable.

Caterham train station is only one mile from the development - making it ideal for commuters. Services run to both London Bridge and London Victoria, in as little as 43 minutes. International travellers are also well catered for as London Gatwick Airport is a 20 minute drive away.

Prices start from £235,000 for a two-bedroom coach house. The sales and marketing suite on Coulsdon Road, Caterham-on-the-Hill, CR3 5YA, is open daily from 11am to 6pm. Alternatively, visit the website oakgrove-caterham.co.uk.
