New homes launching in Newton-le-Willows see high level of interest

Bishops Gate, a brand new development off Crow Lane in Newton-le-Willows is due to launch on Saturday 8th and Sunday 9th June. Taylor Wimpey North West has revealed that a high level of interest has already been recorded for the collection of homes that are available.

Regional sales manager for Taylor Wimpey North West, Lynne Vogel, said: “Bishops Gate is set in a beautiful location. Newton-le-Willows is a small market town and has a strong community, so I’m not surprised that people have already registered their interest.”

Bishops Gate will comprise of 84 new homes offering a range of two, three and four bedroom designs. Purchasers who are interested in the development are being advised to find out more about the new homes available on the launch weekend.
