Under Mastermove Redrow will arrange for the client’s home to be valued, then appoint an agent and monitor their ongoing performance. The developer will even paying the agent’s fees once a sale is agreed and they go on to purchase a new Redrow home. All it takes is a small deposit, which will be refunded upon completion.

The Avenue at Summerhill Park on Thingwall Lane features a good choice of two, three and four-bedroom properties with current prices from £134,995.
