Confidence high in Cheshire housing market
Confidence is back in the region’s housing market according to David Wilson Homes North West as the housebuilder reports strong sales at local development, Gilbert’s Cross.
Record-low rate mortgages and a range of offers to support home buyers are providing options for all purchasers, from first time buyers to growing families, helping many, who regretted not purchasing last year to make the move in 2013.
Indeed, since the start of the year, David Wilson Homes has seen a 15% increase in sales at its developments across the North West, with the division set to achieve a turnover in excess of £30million since 1 January 2013.
