Buyers are being urged to act quickly if they want to buy a luxury new home near Nottingham with picturesque views over a historic golf course.

Charles Church Manderley is a prestigious residential development located close to Mapperley Golf Course where golfers have enjoyed rolling fairways for more than a century.

Sherrie Hankin, head of sales for Charles Church North Midlands, said the development offered something for everyone with homes ranging from two to five bedrooms.

All the properties have been built to Charles Church’s high standards with buyers being urged to visit the development if they want to live in one of stylish homes. The Government’s Help to Buy scheme is also available to help buyers secure a foot on the property ladder with only a five per cent deposit.

Just three homes remain on the development with views overlooking the golf course, including the three storey Grosvenor Elite boasting a split level design priced at £239,995 and a stunning two storey Forge design priced at £339,995.

Sherrie said: “Charles Church North Midlands offers an impressive array of homes to suit all lifestyles.
“We continue to invest and our emphasis will always be on the exacting standards and attention to detail at every stage of the construction process. This enables us to build new homes with an unmistakable quality and sense of style.”

Under the Help To Buy scheme, the Government provides an equity share loan of up to 20 per cent of the purchase price, with the buyer paying a five per cent deposit while raising a mortgage for the remainder. Help To Buy is available to everyone, not just first-time buyers, on new-build properties up to £600,000.

The marketing suite at Charles Church Manderley is open Thursday through to Monday from 11am to 5.30pm.
