Taylor Wimpey North West is making luxury affordable at its Crown Fields development in Chester with help from the Government’s new Help to Buy scheme.

The Help to Buy initiative is available on new build properties up to the value of £600,000. There is no salary cap for purchasers, and it is available to existing home owners as well as first time buyers. Eligible purchasers receive a Government loan of 20%, which means that they only need to put down a 5% deposit and obtain a 75% loan-to-value mortgage.

David Hnyda, regional sales manager said: “If you are looking for your ‘home for life’ but still haven’t found it, come and visit Taylor Wimpey North West’s Crown Fields development where we have a range of executive homes with high end specification and luxury finishes available from £499,995. So, if you considered these homes to be slightly out of your price range before, Help to Buy can make them affordable and get you moving up the property ladder.

“The scheme is available on properties up to the value of £600,000, so you may be eligible for an equity loan which will enable you will bring down your monthly mortgage payments. This could mean you are able to secure the home where you have pictured yourselves enjoying family celebrations and relaxed evenings, seeing your children grow up and even having your grandchildren to stay.

“Come and talk to the team at the development and see how we can help you to secure your dream home.”
