Berkeley will be unveiling its two stylish new show homes on Saturday 6th July and Sunday 7th July at Oakgrove in Caterham-on-the-Hill, an exciting collection of brand new family homes.

Building started in October 2012 and although many homes have already been sold off-plan, the launch of the contemporary three and four-bedroom show homes will offer potential buyers the first opportunity to see inside the new homes at Oakgrove. The interior design of the homes has been undertaken by top designers Alexander James Interiors and Blocc and they reflect a soft contemporary country feel, with a focus on floral and vintage styles, using light neutral colours against white painted wood and grey wash French style furniture.

The first phase comprises two-bedroom coach houses and two, three and four-bedroom houses. All residents at Oakgrove will benefit from access to a large new park, overlooking the Surrey National Golf Club and the open green-belt countryside beyond.

Maria Morris, head of sales and marketing at Berkeley, says: “There has already been a great deal of interest at Oakgrove, with 23 homes already sold off-plan. The interior design of both show homes demonstrates the quality, style and high-quality of all the homes at Oakgrove, combining luxury with practicality.

“We are looking forward to opening the show homes up to other potential buyers, so they can see for themselves just how much Oakgrove can offer – stunning family homes in an enviable semi-rural location.”

Oakgrove is particularly well-connected - its position within the M25 makes access to the City easy, with central London only around 17 miles away. With the M25 only around three miles away and also close proximity to the A23, a direct route to the south coast, the road network is particularly desirable.

Caterham train station is around a mile from the development - making it ideal for commuters. Services run to both London Bridge and London Victoria, in as little as 43 minutes. International travellers are also well catered for as London Gatwick Airport is around a 20 minute drive.

Prices start from £235,000 for a two-bedroom coach house. The sales and marketing suite on Coulsdon Road, Caterham-on-the-Hill, CR3 5YA, is open Thursday to Monday from 11am to 6pm. Alternatively, visit oakgrove-caterham.co.uk.
