Walton Homes keeps its promise to deliver quality homes in the Midlands
Local developer, Walton Homes, is unveiling its second development in Armitage in as many weeks, backing up the housebuilder’s promise to continue to build quality new homes in the Midlands.
The new properties at Newington Place, New Road, will be revealed to the public for the first time on 13th July, and will showcase Walton Homes’ new house design – the Oakwell four bedroom property. During the open weekend, househunters will be able to walk around the Oakwell and get a feel of how the home could suit their lifestyles.
When complete, Newington Place will comprise a total of 14 properties, starting in price from just £164,950. The development will be the fourth new site that Walton Homes has launched this year (2013) and is already attracting interest from local people, with two properties reserved.

Walton Homes have launched Newington Place following the popularity of its Appledore development, located just across the road. The new development will boast two house types, including Walton Homes’ popular Ebington three bedroom property, which is always one of the first to be sold at its developments, along with the Oakwell four bedroom house.
