A bigger BBQ, outdoor games for the kids or even a new set of patio furniture, award-winning housebuilder Miller Homes West Midlands, is helping you get your garden looking great this summer.

To help you enjoy the sunshine, Miller Homes is offering anyone who completes on a new property during August, the chance to claim £200 worth of Homebase vouchers to spend on their new property.

Miller Homes currently has five developments across the region in Staffordshire, Birmingham, Gloucestershire, Coventry and Shropshire.

Paul Walters, associate director for Miller Homes in the West Midlands, said: “Summer is a great time to view a new property as the sunshine really brings out the best features and fabulous locations of our developments.

“We’d be delighted to hand over Homebase vouchers to any buyers when they complete on their new property during August, to help them get the house of their dreams and the garden too.”

Amongst the developments taking part in the summer scheme is Limekiln View in Shropshire. The Wellington-based development has a selection of three and four-bedroom homes available, including the three-bedroom Shewsbury style property.

The mews terrace benefits from a single garage, large open plan family kitchen-diner, plus master bedroom with ensuite. Prices start from £147,950.

Paul said: ‘Limekiln View is a popular spot for homebuyers lying between the Severn Gorge and Donnington Wood and it’s within easy reach of Telford Town centre. Househunters are welcome to visit any of our developments and see for themselves the range of properties and prices available.”

Buyers can also take advantage of the Help to Buy government-backed scheme. This offers assistance to those who only have a small deposit of around 5% through the provision of a 20% equity loan from the Government for those who meet the qualifying criteria.

This means househunters only need to secure up to a 75% mortgage from a bank or building society leaving them free to spend more on the those extra special touches for their homes and gardens.
