Taylor Wimpey is inviting Cheshire’s house hunters to come and visit its Sales Information Centre to find out more about the leading housebuilder’s new ‘Move Up’ package, which has just launched at its sought after development Eden Grange.

The award winning company will be offering the Government backed scheme Help to Buy in conjunction with paying purchasers’ estate agency fees, leaving buyers with more money in their pocket once they’ve moved in and enabling homeowners to move up the property ladder sooner than they thought was possible.

Eden Grange, in Cuddington, has a range of four and five bedroom homes available for those who perhaps didn’t think they could afford a larger, new home. Sales executives at Eden Grange, located on Warrington Road, will be on hand for potential buyers to explain how the new package could benefit them.

Lynne Vogel, regional sales manager for Taylor Wimpey North West, said: “I expect our new Move Up package at Eden Grange will be welcomed with open arms by purchasers. I’d advise interested parties to come and visit us as we have two recently opened show homes for you to view. In addition, our team at Eden Grange can explain how the new package could save you money, even if you’re looking for something smaller it’s worth getting in touch to see how we can help.”

The package includes the Help to Buy Government-backed scheme which is available to those who already own a property, as well as first time buyers, and involves an equity loan scheme. Eligible purchasers receive a Government loan of 20%, which means that they only need to put down a 5% deposit and obtain a 75% loan-to-value mortgage.

Prices at Eden Grange start from £261,995 for the four bedroom Lydford detached home, through the new Move Up package the 5% deposit required would be just over £13,000. Eden Grange is ideal for commuters as Cuddington has good transport links with trains running regularly to both Chester and Manchester. Cuddington itself is renowned for its historic beauty and has a host of local amenities in the area including a shopping parade and a large sports field.

For more information on Eden Grange visit the sales office, open daily from 11am until 5.30pm, or visit taylorwimpey.co.uk/edengrange.
