Taylor Wimpey apartments offer step on the ladder for first time buyers

Leading house builder, Taylor Wimpey has reduced the prices of apartments at its Wembdon Grange development in a bid to help first time buyers on to the property ladder.

The Bridgwater development is currently offering a collection of two bedroomed apartments with an attractive price tag suitable for young couples or singletons.

There are three styles of apartments available including The Winford, The Neston and the Fairfield, all with two spacious bedrooms, allocated parking and the additional feature of a stunning Juliet balcony available on the first and second floors. Prices now start from just £108,995.

The government backed Help to Buy scheme is also available at Wembdon Grange, making these beautiful new apartments even more affordable for prospective buyers. The Help to Buy measures include an equity loan scheme which will be available on new build properties up to the value of £600,000. There is no salary cap for purchasers using the equity loan scheme, and it is available to both first time buyers and existing home owners alike. Eligible purchasers will receive a Government loan of up to 20%, which means that they only need to put down a 5% deposit and obtain a 75% loan-to-value mortgage.
