To help you enjoy the sunshine, Miller Homes is offering anyone who completes on a new property during August and September, the chance to claim £200 worth of Homebase vouchers to spend on their new property.

Miller Homes currently has a number of developments across the region in Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Leicestershire and Lincolnshire.

Amongst the developments taking part in the summer scheme is Weavers Court in Castle Donington. The new development has a selection of three and four-bedroom homes available, including the four-bedroom Radcliffe style property.

Priced at £230,000, the Radcliffe features separate living and dining rooms, with French doors into the garden, and a spacious breakfast kitchen. The family home also benefits from an en-suite in the master bedroom.

Buyers can also take advantage of the Help to Buy government-backed scheme. This offers assistance to those who only have a small deposit of around 5% through the provision of a 20% equity loan from the Government for those who meet the qualifying criteria.

This means househunters only need to secure up to a 75% mortgage from a bank or building society leaving them free to spend more on the those extra special touches for their home and garden. As part of Help to Buy, the Radcliffe would be available from £184,000.
