Apartments for sale at the first phase of a major regeneration scheme in West Ealing are being snapped up by home-hunters.

There are just three one-bedroom apartments remaining at Alderman House at Green Man Lane, priced from £290,000.

Each apartment is highly-specified throughout with well-appointed kitchens and living areas opening on to private balconies or gardens.

The homes are located just minutes away from West Ealing Railway Station which offers fast transport connections into the City and with Crossrail set to arrive in 2018, its transport links are set to get even better.

Green Man Lane has been designed by Conran and Partners and is being delivered in a joint venture by developers Rydon and A2Dominion New Homes.

The regeneration is transforming this part of Ealing into a sustainable new London neighbourhood with over 700 new homes.

Allocated off-street parking will be provided with each apartment accessed via electronic key fob within a car park, available at the end of 2013.

As part of the wider regeneration project, the neighbourhood is benefiting from new areas of public open space and there are plans for a new community café and enterprise projects.

Tom Rigby, Development Director, Rydon comments: “The innovative design of Green Man Lane is creating a vibrant new London community in this part of West London. These new apartments provide versatile living space and offer a fantastic opportunity for investors and new home owners alike.”

Beverley Davey, Marketing Manager at A2Dominion New Homes, said: “Alderman House has been extremely popular with buyers and we now have just three one-bedroom apartments remaining.

“The apartments offer a combination of stylish design from an award-winning architect in a fantastic location for commuters both in and out of London.

“With Crossrail coming soon to the nearby West Ealing Railway Station, Green Man Lane offers a good opportunity for home-hunters to invest in this area.”

Green Man Lane is located within walking distance to a range of transport connections to Paddington, the City, Heathrow Airport and beyond. West Ealing mainline station is nearby, with Ealing Broadway on the Central and District Lines, and Northfields on the Piccadilly Line.

There are also excellent road links to the M4, M25, A40 and A406.
