Prospective homebuyers looking for a superb property in a beautiful woodland setting are being urged to visit the new Middleton Park development by leading housebuilder Taylor Wimpey.

With prices starting from just £121,995, the impressive collection of two, three and four-bedroom homes in Costessey, near Norwich, will be launched on Saturday 24th August, offering house-hunters the chance to take their pick of the first plots released for sale.

Located within the popular Queens Hill development, Middleton Park comprises an impressive portfolio of high-specification properties, offering a wealth of choice for first-time buyers, young professionals, down-sizers and growing families.

Tammy Taylor, Regional Sales Manager for Taylor Wimpey, says: “Middleton Park cannot be beaten for its convenient location, enjoying a wonderful setting on the edge of the countryside, yet with the buzz of Norwich only five miles away.

“Would-be movers have a choice of fantastic house designs on offer and they should come and visit the development at our special launch event to reserve their preferred plot.”

The three-bedroom ‘Hadleigh’ terraced house, priced from £160,995, is just one of the homes available in the first release of plots at Middleton Park. This impressive property features a good-sized living room with French doors opening out to the private rear garden, plus a kitchen/breakfast room and a guest cloakroom off the entrance hallway.

On the first floor, there are two bedrooms and a main bathroom, while an en-suite master bedroom can be found on the top floor. Outside there are two allocated parking spaces.

Alternative house designs available to buy at Middleton Park include two-bedroom properties, from £121,995, four-bedroom houses from £172,995 and further three and five-bedroom housetypes coming soon.

Set within the growing community of Queens Hill Country Park, Middleton Park benefits from easy access to a new local primary school and children’s play facilities, while a range of additional amenities are planned for the estate including shops, a pub and a community centre.

A wider range of shops can be found in the city centre, which also offers a wide selection of pubs, bars and restaurants, while the Norfolk broads and the Norfolk coast are within easy reach of Middleton Park for leisure pursuits including sailing, fishing and bird watching.

Commuters will enjoy regular bus routes direct to Norwich city centre, linking to direct rail services into London, while the A47 is just a few miles away from the development.

To be among the first to view the new homes available to buy at Middleton Park, house-hunters should come along to the launch event on Saturday 24th August between 10am and 5pm at the Sales Information Centre, located off Poethlyn Drive, Norwich, NR8 5ET. Thereafter, the development will be open Thursday to Sunday from 10am to 5pm, and Monday from 1.30pm until 5pm.
