Taylor Wimpey West Scotland will open two new showhomes on Saturday 14 September at its Sycamore Way development in Chapelhall. Showcasing the latest interior looks and boasting superb kerb-appeal the four bedroom detached Geddes and Douglas will allow buyers to see for themselves the style and quality they can expect if they buy a new home at this popular development.

Sycamore Way is located off St Abb’s Way and offers an impressive mix of 41 two, three and four bedroom family homes. The development is creating a stylish balance of family living that’s within easy reach of the centre of Airdrie, with prices starting from just £114,000 for the two bedroom mid terraced Andrew.

The development boasts an impressive collection of new homes that delivers on Taylor Wimpey’s renowned craftsmanship, style and quality. There’s an incredible choice of eight styles of homes from Taylor Wimpey’s ‘Scotland’ range to ensure that Sycamore Way has a style of new home to suit a wide range of buyers.

As well as a superb choice of homes, there’s also lots of help available to buyers who think they can’t afford to make their move to a dream home. Buyers can take advantage of the Scottish Government supported MI New Home scheme which offers up to 95% loan to value mortgages on properties up to £250,000. Or, Taylor Wimpey will buy an existing home through its Part Exchange scheme which is available on selected new homes, removing the stress and worry of having to sell an existing home.

Alternatively, Taylor Wimpey’s Easymover offers buyers some help to sell their current home, as well as access to Taylor Wimpey’s property expertise. Another option available to buyers is Taylor Wimpey’s Easystart Shared Equity scheme which means that customers can buy a new home for just 85% of the purchase price on selected properties up to £250,000.

Located almost halfway between both Edinburgh and Glasgow, Chapelhall boasts excellent transport links via the M8 motorway, plus it’s well-located for many of the other main towns of Lanarkshire such as Bellshill, Coatbridge and Hamilton as well as the impressive Eurocentral – one of Scotland’s key commercial districts.

Susan McDonald, sales manager for Taylor Wimpey West Scotland adds: “Our Sycamore Way development of two, three and four bedroom homes in Chapelhall offers a great choice of new homes for buyers to choose from regardless of where they are on the property ladder. Plus, there’s always a helping hand available for buyers with our range of incentives which are designed to help people to get on the move more easily.

“We can help in a variety of ways, and schemes such as part-exchange, Easymover, Easystart and MI New Home can offer buyers a fresh start in a new dream home, whatever their circumstances.

“Visiting our two new showhomes at Sycamore Way is the perfect opportunity to pop along to the development to see just how helpful we can be.”
