A Surrey house builder has welcomed the decision to grant planning permission for a new residential development in Epsom.
Charles Church Southern will build 85 new homes at Linton’s Lane, Epsom following planning approval from Epsom and Ewell Borough Council.
The Linton’s Lane development will combine one and two bedroom apartments with a selection of three and four bedroom houses alongside 34 affordable homes.
