An eagerly anticipated new homes venture near Warrington has proved to be an instant success with two firm sales and five ‘early bird’ reservations.

Gosling Park in Croft has just launched, with a sales office now open on site offering prospective purchasers their first look at the plans.

Marie Morris, sales director for Elan Homes in the North, says: “We’ve been inundated with enquiries from those interested in the homes at Gosling Park. The fact that in the first few days we’ve secured two firm sales and ‘early bird’ reservations have been made on a further five properties reflects how keen people are to live here, particularly as we’re yet to open a show home. We’ve been spending quality time with each customer, talking them through the floor plans, helping them to appreciate the different layouts and get a feel for which design suits them best.”

Gosling Park offers an exclusive choice of four and five-bedroom homes with current prices from £439,995.

Along with the properties currently available, Elan is offering buyers they chance to make ‘early bird’ reservations, giving them first refusal when their preferred property is released onto the market.

Designed with ease of living in mind, the homes feature open plan layouts downstairs with flexible accommodation upstairs. Master bedrooms benefit from en-suites and in the larger properties, the second bedroom also enjoy this modern day essential.

Buyers will be able to choose from a range of quality fitted kitchens that are well equipped with appliances including double oven, five-ring hob, integrated dishwasher, built in microwave and American style fridge freezer.

But the homes aren’t just stylish, they’re practical and kind to the environment too, thanks to water butts to collect rainwater, compost bins and solar roof tiles.

The specification and the location have played a part in the popularity of the homes.

“Location has undoubtedly played a part in the initial success of Gosling Park. The homes will be set amid 21 acres of woodlands and wildflower meadows, providing opportunities for residents to enjoy the great outdoors close to home,” Marie adds.

“Despite the natural beauty of the area, the village of Croft and nearby Culcheth offer plenty of local amenities. Plus Warrington, Chester, Liverpool and Manchester are all easily accessible.”

Located off Lady Lane, the sales office at Gosling Park is open Thursday to Monday from 10am to 4pm. For more information, visit elan-homes.co.uk/gosling-park.
