Miller Homes starts Christmas shopping early

It may still be a few months away, but Miller Homes East Midlands is urging people in the region to buy themselves the best Christmas present ever.

The award-winning housebuilder is reminding buyers that now is the perfect time to make a reservation to ensure they are in their new home in time for the festive season.

“Christmas may be the last thing on your mind, especially as we’ve just come out of a wonderful summer,” commented Paul Walters, associate director at Miller Homes East Midlands.

“However, you need to remember that each purchase takes an average of 79 days to complete, so now is the time to come and see us.

“We have developments across the region, offering everything from two-bedroom apartments to spacious, five-bedroom family homes. We also have a number of purchase incentives available to make the process even more affordable, meaning you should be able to buy plenty of extra presents to put under the Christmas tree.”

Amongst the properties available is the three-bedroom, detached Pushkin style home at the new Weavers Court development in Castle Donington. With prices starting from £210,000, the Pushkin features French doors from the kitchen and dining area into the garden, an en-suite to the master bedroom and ample storage.

The Pushkin is also available as part of the Help to Buy scheme, which gives buyers the chance to purchase with a small deposit of just 5%, with an equity loan funding up to 20% of the purchase price. That means the Pushkin at Weavers Court could be available from as little as £168,000.
