Millers Homes Midlands has seen a surge in sales at its Weavers Court development since launching two new showhomes earlier this summer.

The opening of the expertly designed three-bedroom Pushkin and the four-bedroom Radcliffe has had a big impact on buyers, helping them visualise the lifestyle opportunities available at the Castle Donington-based development.

Weavers Court’s location, providing fantastic transports links to major cities like Nottingham, Leicester and Derby, has also contributed to a six-fold increase in sales.

“The interest in our Weavers Court development has been nothing short of phenomenal”, commented Julia Portington, sales manager for Miller Homes Midlands. “The development offers so much for potential buyers.

“Having two new showhomes for buyers to explore makes a big difference. It shows them the amount of space available and helps provide inspiration for what their own new home could look like.

“We’ve also discovered that the excellent location of Weavers Court is one of the many reasons buyers are securing their new properties at rapid rates. Potential buyers have also been helped massively by the new Government backed Help to Buy scheme and the latest sales figures from Weavers Court reflect how much the housing market has picked up in recent months.”

Amongst the properties available at the development is the four-bedroom detached Radcliffe. Priced at £230,000, it features a master bedroom with en-suite and a stylish archway between the living and dining space that allows the property to be filled with light from all aspects.

Also available is the four-bedroom Auden, with prices starting from £224,000. With a dressing room, dormer window and spacious bedrooms and living room, it presents the perfect opportunity for buyers to secure their dream family home.

Like all properties at Weavers Court both the Radcliffe and Auden are available as part of the Help to Buy scheme. Unveiled as part of this year’s budget, the initiative allows buyers to purchase a property with only a 5% deposit and helps to fund up to 20% of the purchase price in the form of an equity loan. This would make the Auden available from as little as £179,200.
