Residents enjoy the convenience of car-share at Reflections
Residents at Taylor Wimpey’s popular Reflections development in Romford are enjoying the benefits of an innovative car-sharing club at the development.
The leading housebuilder has joined forces with Zipcar to give all purchasers of new apartments at Reflections a year’s free membership of the car-sharing scheme and £50 driving credit!
Residents can now reserve, unlock and drive one of the Zipcars which are parked at the development, as well as enjoying access to Zipcar’s other vehicles in London and other cities.
Reflections resident Jamie Fitzsimmons was among the first Zipcar users at the development and says: “The car was in good condition and had a full tank. I will definitely be using Zipcar again, as it is very convenient for me. I don’t need a vehicle on a regular basis and other car hire places open at inconvenient hours, whereas Zipcar is 24/7. It can definitely save people money on driving if they live in or around the London area.”
Members of the car club scheme can book a Zipcar without the hassle of paying for comprehensive insurance, fuel and the Congestion Charge, as it’s all included within their reservation (40 miles free fuel is included per day). There are 1,700 Zipcars available all over London through the scheme and bookings can be made online or via the Android or iPhone app.
Those taking advantage of the scheme benefit from an average annual saving of more than £3,000 compared to car ownership, with its associated costs of tax, insurance, servicing and so on, with further details available from the Reflections Sales and Marketing Suite.
