Liverpool buyers will have the rare opportunity to own a brand new home in the Mossley Hill Conservation Area with the launch of Carnatic Court next weekend (January 25).

Elan Homes is transforming the site of the former garden nursery on Carnatic Road to provide 16 large and luxurious townhouses with four and five bedrooms.

It will be an exclusive gated community and architects have carefully designed the homes so that they reflect the character of existing properties in the neighbourhood. Inside, they will boast contemporary living spaces with a luxurious specification that’s perfect for one of Liverpool’s most desirable areas.

Marie Morris, sales director for Elan Homes in the North, says: “Mossley Hill is somewhere people aspire to live and it’s extremely rare for new homes to be built in this part of the city. Because it’s such a popular neighbourhood we’ve received lots of enquiries from people keen to buy and in response to demand we’re releasing the first homes for sale ‘off plan’ ahead of the show home opening in the spring. From next Saturday (January 25) we will be opening the sales office on site so that customers can view the floor plans and find out more about the homes we’re building.”

Initial prices at Carnatic Court are from £349,995 for a four-bedroom Palmerston style home, with five-bedroom homes in three different styles available from £429,995.

Buyers can reduce the cost of owning one of these luxurious properties with a Help to Buy equity loan. For example, with Help to Buy the Palmerston could be purchased for £279,996 including a 5% customer deposit. The remaining 20% share is covered by the equity loan, which is interest free for five years.

Whichever style is chosen, each home at Carnatic Court will be finished to the same luxuriously high standard.

Kitchens will be well equipped with granite worktops and a host of Smeg appliances including double oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher.

Each property will benefit from the convenience of two en-suites to supplement the family bathroom.

Access via a tree-lined street that leads on to historic Sefton Park means Carnatic Court enjoys a leafy location.

With some of Liverpool’s top performing schools close by, including the city’s only grammar school The Bluecoat School, the independent Liverpool College and King David Campus, which includes King David High School, all nearby, the new homes are set to score top marks from buyers who want the very best education for their children.

The homes are also close to the thriving Lark Lane and Allerton Road areas with their bustling café culture; while the recently revamped Mossley Hill station offers frequent services to Liverpool city centre, with journey times of less than 10 minutes enabling homeowners to access the high street stores and bustling nightlife of the city.

Carnatic Court is open weekends from January 25. For more information see elan-homes.co.uk.
