Set amid 20 acres of parkland, new apartments on the site of a former distillery in North West London will enable homeowners to drink in their surroundings.

Royal Waterside is an £80 million-plus development from Redrow Homes and forms part of the regeneration of the former Guinness distillery at First Central, Park Royal in the London Borough of Brent.

Close to sought-after areas like Ealing and Chiswick, the development is conveniently connected to the A40 by a new link road and to Park Royal tube station via a pedestrian bridge and underpass. The apartments will be just 31 minutes from central London via tube.

The wider First Central scheme includes offices and a hotel, plus 20 acres of parkland featuring scenic lakes, play areas and gardens. Premium drinks business Diageo, owner of Guinness, has its worldwide headquarters within the complex.

For its part, Redrow’s South Midlands division will be building 265 apartments set alongside the parkland.

The luxurious homes will soon be available to purchase ‘off plan’ and buyers are invited to register their interest now.

Tonia Tyler, head of sales for Redrow Homes (South Midlands), said: “We’re really excited about playing our part in this major regeneration scheme, which is transforming the former distillery site and bringing it back into good use. Located on the doorstep of some of London’s most sought-after neighbourhoods, the development is already attracting keen interest from prospective purchasers and we would encourage anyone looking for a luxurious apartment in the capital to sign up now to find out more.”

Architecturally designed to deliver outstanding, sustainable living, Royal Waterside will feature a choice of one, two and three-bedroom apartments and penthouses.

A centralised energy centre will provide all heating and hot water, while solar panels produce renewable energy.

“Royal Waterside offers a rare opportunity to live in a stylish and sustainable urban environment where homeowners can enjoy the great outdoors while still benefitting from living in our dynamic capital,” Tonia says.

“Each apartment will enjoy generous proportions with lot of natural light and versatile open plan living areas to maximise the potential of the space available. The high specification is nothing short of luxurious, with individually designed kitchens and bathrooms and premium quality fittings.”

Royal Waterside is ideally placed with Michelin starred restaurants, gastro pubs and cafes in nearby Chiswick, along with boutique stores and leisure facilities including a cinema, plus comedy and music venues in Ealing.

Meanwhile Park Royal and Hangar Lane tube stations offer good transport links across London and beyond.
