Home-hunters hoping to find their dream house in Staffordshire will need to hurry if they are to secure their place at Bluebell Croft, Taylor Wimpey’s popular development in Kidsgrove, Stoke-on-Trent.

Savvy homebuyers can been quick to reserve their pick of the plots at this sought-after new community and there are now just a handful of homes still available to buy.

Carl Cooke, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “With great-value prices and high-quality designs in such a convenient location, it’s no surprise that our new houses in Kidsgrove have been so popular with homebuyers.

“I would encourage anyone who is interested in securing a property at Bluebell Croft not to delay a visit to our Sales Centre – or they could find that somebody else has snapped up their ideal home!”

There is a choice of three and four-bedroom homes available at Bluebell Croft, priced from £167,500. The three-bedroom ‘Severn’ detached house, for example, is priced from £184,995 and boasts a good-sized living room and a kitchen/dining room opening through French doors to the private rear garden, with a guest cloakroom completing the ground-floor layout.

Upstairs, the landing leads to an en-suite master bedroom, two further bedrooms and a main bathroom, while outside there’s a garage and/or driveway parking.

The Government’s Help to Buy shared equity scheme is available at Bluebell Croft, enabling first-time buyers and existing homeowners to secure their new home for 80% of its full price, including a deposit as low as 5%.

Help to Buy involves a Government loan of up to 20% and is available on new-build properties up to the value of £600,000. There is no salary cap for homebuyers taking advantage of the scheme.

Part Exchange is also available on selected plots, which sees Taylor Wimpey become the guaranteed purchaser of the customer’s current property for an agreed price based on the average of independent professional valuations.

Bluebell Croft is located in an established residential area bordered by green open space. The development enjoys a convenient location close to a range of amenities for day-to-day living, including shops, pubs, places to eat, a supermarket, a library, a health centre, a post office, a bank and schools for children of all ages.
