Nearly half of new homes at Hull development sold from plan

With almost half the number of newly released homes on the new phase of Linden Homes’ popular Kingswoods Parks already sold – buying from plan seems as popular as ever.

Snapping up a dream home fresh from the drawing board could be the way to go for customers looking to secure a property at the Lindenwood development this year.

These include the three-bed detached Somersby and two Fulstow designs, which are ready to move into now!
