Countryside Properties has secured planning permission to deliver its brand new Home development in Speke, offering buyers a range of two and three-bedroom homes starting at just £109,950.

The new development will comprise 28 new homes and will be located on Central Way in Speke.

Fulfilling Countryside Properties’ commitment to providing high quality and affordable new homes, the development will be available to buyers through the government’s Help to Buy scheme.

Through the initiative buyers can own 100% of their home, whilst paying for only 80% and receiving an interest-free equity loan of up to 20%, contributing a deposit of only 5% of the full purchase price. For a home priced at £109,950, buyers would require a mortgage for £87,960 and a 5% deposit of only £5,498.
