Homebuyers in Liverpool are being urged to register their interest in brand new family homes on the site of the former New Heys school.

Redrow’s venture in south Liverpool will comprise 119 high quality, three, four and five-bedroom homes, which will be marketed from two separate outlets. Calderstones Grange, off Allerton Road, will feature 38 luxurious four and five-bedroom properties, while New Heys, off Heath Road, will have 81 family homes in a variety of three and four-bedroom designs.

All of the homes hail from the housebuilder’s award-winning Arts and Crafts inspired Heritage Collection.

Elaine Mounsey, sales manager for Redrow (NW), said: “There is already a buzz about New Heys and Calderstones Grange and we’re getting lots of enquiries. We’re looking forward to opening the venture to the public in June and showing off the plans for our Heritage homes, which are ideal for those who want contemporary features on the inside but a more traditional architectural style on the outside.”

Properties at New Heys will include the three-bedroom ‘Worcester’, complete with open plan kitchen and dining area, and the four-bedroom ‘Sunningdale’ which, along with a spacious open plan living area, boasts a separate formal lounge and study.

The larger properties at Calderstones Grange will include the substantial five-bedroom Marlborough with its impressive master bedroom, two en suites and ample space for all the family.

The centre of Liverpool can be easily accessed from New Heys and Calderstones Grange with trains from Liverpool South Parkway taking just 11 minutes. Manchester is also within easy reach via the M62 motorway.

Prices will be confirmed closer to the launch but for more information or to register interest in the homes, visit redrow.co.uk/newheys.
