Rippon Homes is getting ready to bring a new collection of bungalows to Bilsthorpe and is encouraging home buyers to register their interest now or risk missing out.

The local house builder has now received planning permission to build six new bungalows at The Hawthorns on Eakring Road, which will sit alongside existing Rippon homes at the development.

As interest in the two and three-bedroom homes is expected to be high, Rippon is encouraging home buyers searching for a newly built bungalow to register their details now.

Joanne Shaw, Sales Administration Manager at Rippon Homes, comments: “Our bungalows are always in high demand, so our advice is to register now to be amongst the first to find out more once these homes are released for sale.

“Home buyers who register their details will receive an information pack, featuring home styles, floor plans and details about buying off-plan, as soon as the homes are available for purchase.

“The Hawthorns will feature five different bungalow designs, including two of our popular two-bedroom Bayford-style bungalows and four individually designed three-bedroom bungalows.

“We are expecting building work to commence in June, with the first homes due to be completed in early 2015.”

The bungalows will benefit from spacious, modern interiors, UPVC windows and a stylish fully fitted kitchen, as well as a single garage and driveway.

Joanne adds: “We listen carefully to our home buyers to ensure we are able to offer the right homes in the right locations, which is why The Hawthorns will feature just six homes and sits within walking distance of public transport links.

“We’ve had a number of highly successful bungalow developments in the county in recent years, which saw homes reserved on the day of release and the developments sell out within just a few months.”

Prices start from £142,950.
