The current price of a two bedroom property in Chiswick has now reached a total of £559,063 according to property portal Nestoria . This pushes the area of Acton W3 firmly into the spotlight, as prices for a two bedroom apartment at Liberty Quarter, just under two miles away from Chiswick, amount to £430,000.

Liberty Quarter is the second phase of Acton Gardens, which is part of the ambitious regeneration of the South Acton estate in West London by Countryside and L&Q. Liberty Quarter features luxury one, two and three-bedroom apartments, and three and four bedroom duplex überhaus apartments in an impressive building fronting Bollo Bridge Road, and designed by award-winning architect Alison Brooks.

Andrew Loveday, Sales and Marketing Director of Countryside, comments: “Chiswick and the surrounding areas of West London is a prime location for London buyers, with a golden triangle of good schools, great location and green spaces – but nearby Acton is fast emerging as a top contender. For those who want to be savvy about their investment, purchasing at Acton Gardens is the ideal opportunity.”

“Whether a two bedroom apartment or four bedroom überhaus – the specification available is exceptional. We urge potential buyers to visit as soon as possible to avoid missing out on Liberty Quarter.”

Both apartments and überhaus have a superb specification with spacious, fluid living spaces complemented by timeless chic décor. Sleek contemporary kitchens have the finest quality integrated appliances and bathrooms have sparkling white sanitaryware with chrome finishes. Balconies and terraces have external lighting and flooring is included throughout.

An überhaus is a home that whilst set in an apartment building is more than just an apartment. Intelligently designed, each überhaus offers an enviable level of accommodation: private ground floor entrances, expansive windows, additional bedrooms and separate living areas.

Spacious master bedrooms have luxury en suite bathrooms. Generous terraces and balconies to upper and lower levels, with private gardens to some homes, are ideal for family living and entertaining.

Liberty Quarter is within a short walk of Acton Town tube providing Piccadilly and District Line services into the West End and the City. It is also close to Acton Main Line Station which from 2018 will benefit hugely from Crossrail, the major new east-west rail link that will improve journey times and rail capacity from Maidenhead in Berkshire and Heathrow Airport to Shenfield in Essex and Abbey Wood, near Woolwich in south-east London.

Acton Gardens will evolve over the coming years into a vibrant new urban village. Situated a short walk from Chiswick High Street, one of North West London's most sought after areas, Acton Gardens will include over 2,500 new homes beautifully designed around a series of parks, squares and play areas, with communal gardens and podium courtyards.

The project, a joint venture by Countryside and L&Q, is transforming the old South Acton estate. The overall masterplan includes a new sports ground; a central plaza with a shop, youth centre and other community facilities; and a proposed new bus route and street network to link the development to the surrounding area. Residents can also benefit from a car club.

Buyers can still take advantage of all nearby Chiswick High Street has to offer, with an exciting range of designer boutiques, good pubs and restaurants, whilst the Westfield regional shopping centre at White City is only 20 minutes away by tube from Acton Town station. For sports enthusiasts, golf is available at Old Deer Park, pitch and putt at Gunnersbury Park and tennis in Acton Park.

Prices for Liberty Quarter start from £430,000 for a 2 bedroom apartment and £650,000 for a 3 bedroom duplex überhaus apartment. For further information, visit actongardens.co.uk.
