Nottinghamshire property-seekers now have a bigger and wider selection of brand new homes to choose from at Kings Acre, Taylor Wimpey’s development in Clipstone.

Buyer demand has prompted the leading housebuilder to re-draw the layout of this popular development in the heart of Sherwood Forest, which now offers a greater number of two, three and four-bedroom properties for home-hunters to choose from.

Planning permission has been granted for the revised layout by Newark and Sherwood District Council and home-hunters are urged to act quickly if they hope to secure their place at the development.

Mariana Knight, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “Demand for a bigger and wider selection of homes to suit purchasers in a variety of situations has led us to improve the layout of Kings Acre, which means we can now offer a greater number of plots for sale.

“The new layout ensures we are meeting the demands of what is an incredibly buoyant local new homes property market and I would advise would-be purchasers to visit the development as soon as possible, or risk missing out on their dream home!”

Two-bedroom coach house-style apartments are priced from just £104,995 at Kings Acre, while three and four-bedroom houses are priced from £134,995 and £152,995 respectively.

The four-bedroom ‘Kempsford’ semi-detached home, for example, is priced from £169,995 and features a generous lounge/dining room opening through French doors to the private rear garden, a good-sized kitchen and a guest cloakroom on the ground floor.

Upstairs, the landing leads to an en-suite master bedroom, three further bedrooms and a main bathroom, while a garage and additional driveway parking can be found outside.

To making moving even easier and more affordable, Taylor Wimpey offers a range of helpful homebuyer incentives for purchasers in a variety of circumstances, including the Help to Buy equity loan scheme and Part Exchange.

Help to Buy enables eligible first-time buyers and those with a property to sell to secure a Government loan of up to 20% of their new home’s full price – so they only need a 75% loan-to-value mortgage and a deposit as low as 5%. Further details about all incentives are available from the Sales Executive.

Kings Acre enjoys a convenient location in the heart of Sherwood Forest close to a host of everyday amenities in the popular village of Clipstone, including local shops, pubs, a health centre, a pharmacy, a post office and takeaway outlets.

For a wider choice of facilities, Mansfield and the Four Seasons Shopping Centre are just four miles from the development, while Nottingham, one of the nation’s most vibrant shopping, leisure and entertainment destinations, is only 14 miles away.

Parents will appreciate that the village primary school is located within easy reach of the development and Garibaldi College is also nearby and includes a sports complex which is also open to the public.

For commuters, the A60 and the A614 are easily accessible from Kings Acre, for quick routes to Nottingham, while the M1 is just nine miles from home.

To find out more about the larger range of new homes at Kings Acre, home-hunters should visit the Sales Centre, located off Cavendish Way, Clipstone, Nottinghamshire, and open daily between 10.30am and 5.30pm. Alternatively, visit taylorwimpey.co.uk.
