Beautifully designed showhomes have opened their doors to show off the style and substance of brand new homes now on sale in south Liverpool.

Redrow’s hotly anticipated venture on the site of the former New Heys School is made up of two separate outlets where there will eventually be 119 high quality, three, four and five-bedroom homes.

Calderstones Grange, off Allerton Road, will feature 38 luxurious four and five-bedroom properties, while New Heys, off Heath Road, will have 81 family homes in a variety of three and four-bedroom designs.

Elaine Mounsey, sales manager for Redrow (NW), said: “We’ve been looking forward to the sales launch of Calderstones Grange and New Heys for quite some time as there’s been a lot of local excitement and enquiries surrounding them both.

“Three fabulous showhomes showcase the kind of lifestyle on offer at both developments and we look forward to welcoming many visitors over the thresholds.”

Calderstones Grange is represented by the five-bedroom ‘Highgrove’ showhome which hails from the housebuilder’s award-winning Arts and Crafts inspired Heritage Collection.

The impressive Highgrove features a spacious open plan kitchen, breakfast and family area, a separate dining room ideal for more formal entertaining and a separate lounge that offers a quiet space to sit back and relax in. A study, utility and cloakroom complete the ground floor.

The upper floor is accessed via the wide open hallway which leads to a sweeping oak staircase and galleried landing. There are five double bedrooms and, as well as the family bathroom, there are no fewer than three en-suites.

Professionally designed by interior designers DAPA, the Highgrove is high specification, contemporary and incorporates luxurious textiles and bold statement pieces throughout. The on-trend style is complemented by traditional, older pieces of furniture that a family could have brought with them from a previous home.

At New Heys two further showhomes are on display: the Henley, which boasts a 36ft open plan kitchen / dining and family area and the Sunningdale, which features two en suites along with a family bathroom, place open plan living at their heart.

Prices will start at £459,995 at New Heys and £569,995 at Calderstones Grange.

The centre of Liverpool can be easily accessed from New Heys and Calderstones Grange with trains from Liverpool South Parkway taking just 11 minutes. Manchester is also within easy reach via the M62 motorway.
