Caroline Carter, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “Our expert designers are busy putting the finishing touches to the beautiful showhomes at Grosvenor Park ready for the grand launch on Saturday 23rd August.

“We’re keeping the exact details of what these impressive properties are going to look like under wraps until then, but what I can say is that home-hunters are bound to be impressed!

“Anyone looking for their perfect property in a great location should mark the opening date in their diaries now, as it’s an event not to be missed!”

The ‘Flatford’ features a large living/dining room opening through French doors to the private rear garden, plus a kitchen/breakfast room and a guest cloakroom off the entrance hallway. Upstairs, the landing leads to an en-suite master bedroom, two further bedrooms and a main bathroom. Homes of this design are currently available to reserve at Grosvenor Park from £189,995.

Meanwhile, the ‘Shelford’ boasts a spacious kitchen/dining room which spans the entire width of the property, with a generous living room, a study and a guest cloakroom completing the ground-floor layout. Four double bedrooms, including one with en-suite facilities, and a bathroom are found upstairs.

The ‘Shelford’ housetype has not yet been released for sale at Grosvenor Park, but alternative four-bedroom properties are priced from £274,995.
