Help your offspring step on to the property ladder at Broadland Meadow

Parents can help their children to fly the nest by taking advantage of the fantastic Help to Buy scheme at Taylor Wimpey’s popular Broadland Meadow development in Loddon, Norfolk.

Research by the National Housing Federation has found that three in 10 parents have an adult child still living at home, while two-thirds of them say their son or daughter can’t afford to buy a place of their own.

One-bedroom apartments at Broadland Meadow boast a light and airy open-plan kitchen/dining/living room, a bedroom, a bathroom and a handy storage cupboard, plus allocated parking outside and an audio building entry system.

Alternatively, there’s a choice of three, four and five-bedroom houses on sale at Broadland Meadow from £189,995.
Help to Buy is available on new-build properties up to the value of £600,000 and there is no salary cap for homebuyers taking advantage of the scheme.

Broadland Meadow enjoys a convenient location bordering the picturesque River Chet in the thriving village of Loddon, just 12 miles from Norwich city centre.

Loddon benefits from a range of amenities for day-to-day living, including high street and independent stores, cafes, pubs and a supermarket.
