New Taylor Wimpey Homes collection coming soon at Hampden View
Discerning property-seekers will soon be able to reserve their pick of the plots when the first new homes are released for sale at Taylor Wimpey’s exciting Hampden View development in New Costessey, Norfolk.
The leading housebuilder is preparing to unveil this brand new collection of 287 high-quality houses and apartments in the attractive Norwich suburb of New Costessey, offering property-seekers the chance to secure a stunning new home in a fabulous location.
Full details of the properties available and prices will be released when the Sales Information Centre opens later this year, and would-be homebuyers are being urged to register their interest in the development now to make sure they receive the very latest information ahead of the launch.
Caroline Carter, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “There has already been a great deal of interest in this superb range of homes coming soon to Hampden View.
“Fast-acting customers will be able to choose from the first new properties available to buy when the Sales Information Centre opens, but for now, I would advise them to register their details with us to ensure they receive details of the launch as soon as the event is finalised.”
The Help to Buy equity loan scheme will be available at Hampden View, enabling eligible first-time buyers and existing homeowners to secure a Government loan for 20% of the full price of their new home – meaning they only require a 75% loan-to-value mortgage and a 5% deposit.
Help to Buy is available on new-build properties up to the value of £600,000 and there is no salary cap for homebuyers taking advantage of the scheme.
The new homes at Hampden View will benefit from a whole host of community facilities to enjoy right on their doorstep, including a village green and a new play area for the development’s younger residents, while community allotments will offer homebuyers the chance the grow their own fresh produce.
A primary school and playing fields, a small convenience store, a sports pavilion including changing facilities and a small meeting room will also be delivered as part of this exciting new community.
Located on the western fringes of New Costessey, the new residents will appreciate that there is an array of shops and other day-to-day amenities in the village, including the new Roundwell Medical Centre, as well as a number of pubs.
For families, there is a choice of schools, including Costessey Junior School, which was rated ‘good’ in its latest Ofsted report, while Ormiston Victory Academy caters for secondary school age children.
Commuters will benefit from easy access to the A1074 for journeys into nearby Norwich, while a Park and Ride service runs from the village into the city centre every 20 minutes Monday to Friday.
