Time is running out for home-hunters to snap up their dream home at Beaufort Park, Taylor Wimpey’s sought-after development in Carbrooke, Norfolk.

High levels of demand from savvy buyers mean there is now a limited selection of two and three-bedroom properties ready to reserve now at Beaufort Park, including a choice of semi-detached and detached designs, which are ideally suited to first-time buyers, downsizers and growing families alike.

What’s more, the Help to Buy equity loan scheme is available at the development, enabling eligible first-time buyers and those with a property to sell to secure a Government loan for up to 20% of their new home’s full price – so they only require a 75% loan-to-value mortgage and a deposit as low as 5%.

Caroline Carter, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “We’ve been delighted by the response to the new homes at Beaufort Park and now just a small selection of properties are available to reserve.

“Time really is running out for anyone hoping to join the happy customers who’ve already secured their perfect property here, and I would advise them to act now – or risk missing out.”

The two-bedroom ‘Appleford’ is priced from just £127,995 at Beaufort Park, while the three-bedroom ‘Flatford’ and ‘Easdale’ designs are available from only £145,995 and £164,995 respectively.

Ideal for first-time buyers, the ‘Appleford’ features an open-plan kitchen/living/dining room opening through French doors to the private rear garden, with a guest cloakroom completing the ground-floor layout. Upstairs, the landing leads to two double bedrooms and a main bathroom.

Alternatively, the ‘Flatford’ boasts a large living/dining room with French doors, plus a kitchen/breakfast room and a cloakroom off the entrance hallway, while there’s an en-suite master bedroom, two further bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs.

The ‘Easdale’ meanwhile, has a central entrance hall leading to a spacious living room, a light and airy kitchen/dining room and a cloakroom, with three bedrooms, one with en-suite facilities, and a bathroom on the first floor.

Each of the properties currently available benefits from two parking spaces outside, while all new homes at Beaufort Park are completed to a high standard specification including energy efficient central heating, double glazing and a fitted kitchen with integrated oven, hob and hood.

Help to Buy is available on new-build homes up to the value of £600,000 and there’s no salary cap for purchasers taking advantage of the scheme.

Beaufort Park enjoys a peaceful woodland location between the quiet village of Carbrooke and the attractive market town of Watton, which offers shops catering for everyday needs and a choice of nursery and primary schools.

For a wider choice of shopping and leisure, Thetford is only 15 miles from the development and the city of Norwich is less than 25 miles away by road.

To stand a chance of snapping up a brand new home at Beaufort Park, home-hunters can visit the Sales Information Centre, located off Norwich Road, Carbrooke, IP25 6GY, and open Thursday to Sunday from 10am to 5pm and on Mondays from 1.30pm to 5pm. Alternatively, visit taylorwimpey.co.uk.
