Norfolk’s home buyers can discover how to create their own designer home by visiting the new show homes at Eades Place, Great Witchingham.
House builder Lovell is inviting home buyers to step inside two new show homes, which feature the very latest interior design, in order to find out how to add the glamorous touch to their own home.
The three-bedroom Boston and Marston-style homes at the development, which sits off Hubbards Loke, have been given contemporary looks that are sure to charm modern home buyers.
The house builder teamed up with interior design experts Designer Contracts to give the new show homes added wow-factor.
Jill Lee, of Designer Contracts, comments: “The show homes were designed to reflect the modern tastes of today’s home buyers and the modern design of these new homes.
“The Boston-style show home has been given a fresh, young feel with a purple, white and silver colour scheme.
“For this contemporary look we chose attractive mirrored furniture and beautiful light fittings throughout, with striking key pieces, soft furnishings and accessories adding an injection of colour.
“The master bedroom has been given an opulent feel, while bedroom two boasts a sophisticated design for a teenager and bedroom three features a ballerina scheme.
“The Marston-style show home has been given a rich, elegant feel with a black, beige and taupe theme, with dark furniture providing a luxurious touch.
“Upstairs, we’ve added a glamorous touch to the master bedroom with eye-catching flock wallpaper, while bedroom three nods towards the rural location of the development with a horse riding theme.”
Joanne Bend, Sales Adviser at Lovell, adds: “We’re inviting home buyers to visit our new show homes where they can discover more about creating their very own designer home at Eades Place.”
