Work has started a new 20 acre housing development off Richmond Way in Kingswood, Hull.

Persimmon Homes will be building 44 new properties as part of its first phase of a £45 million development which will ultimately bring 340 homes to the area.

The launch of the new the Richmond Fields development has been brought forward following the popularity of its existing Kingswood site, Persimmon Pastures.

Kevin Thubron, sales director at Persimmon Homes Yorkshire, said: “Persimmon Pastures has been extremely well received with only a few remaining properties from the 140 homes we’ve built there, proving there is a high demand for new homes in the area. This success has accelerated the start of Richmond Fields.

“The new development is a continuation of the most successful house types from Persimmon Pastures so we are expecting there to be a lot of interest.”

Potential buyers are been encouraged to visit the sales office at Persimmon Pastures where details of the new homes at the impending Richmond Fields development are now available.

Kevin added: “Richmond Fields will offer a selection of two, three and four bedrooms properties with prices from just £109,999 that’s just £87,999 with Help To Buy, so there will be something to suit all budgets and lifestyle needs, from first time buyers to growing families.

“Buying a new home is now more affordable and straightforward than ever thanks to a range of buying incentives including the Government-backed Help to Buy, Home Change, where we assist you in selling your existing house and the Persimmon Part Exchange scheme, where we buy your old home for its full market value.”

A small collection of three and four bedroom homes remain available at The Pastures.
