Premium car care company Autoglym have announced they will attend the prestigious Concours of Elegance event for the third year running.

The 2014 event will gather 60 of the rarest cars from around the world at Hampton Court Palace on 5-7 September, as well as over 700 other vehicles from the UK’s leading car clubs and organised classic car tours.

In addition, 16 car care experts from Autoglym will be on hand throughout the three day event to give technical know-how and practical advice on how to care for these priceless classic vehicles.

The team will also be instrumental in maintaining the vehicles for the show, which expects over 3,000 visitors through the doors.

Paul Caller, Autoglym’s Chief Executive, said: “We are delighted to be attending the Concours of Elegance and always relish the opportunity to get involved with such a prestigious event with such a diverse range of vehicles.

“With cars from 1896 right up to 2014, ranging from Alfa Romeo through to Zagato, we have to ensure our products perform across a wide spectrum of paintwork types and interiors.

“Many of our products were formulated years after these cars were even built, so ensuring they suit the needs of an older vehicle is essential.

“Having close links with motor manufacturers, museums and access to historic car collections enables us to keep a catalogue of paint plates, rubbers and leathers to test on when carrying out development work. This makes our products the preferred and only choice for both classic and modern car owners.”

Autoglym has been leading the way in car care research and development since 1965 and produces premium products, which achieve the greatest finish and offer outstanding durability.

Paul continues: “We’ve been helping car enthusiasts and professionals achieve a flawless finish and high gloss shine on their cars for almost 50 years and are looking forward to sharing our knowledge with visitors to the Concours of Elegance who are as passionate about cars as we are.”
