Housebuilder David Wilson North East has released the final phase of homes for sale at Riverside Crescent, Blaydon.

They are the last chance to buy a new home at the development, which is in a prime setting with views over the Tyne. There are amenities on the doorstep, plus easy commuting links to Newcastle, Gateshead and the A1.

The final phase includes a good selection of three-bedroom homes, some with riverfront views.

They incorporate free-flowing interior layouts, which maximise space and natural light. Key features include large windows, impressive hallways and spacious open-plan dining kitchens and family rooms.

All are available with part exchange and free carpets for a limited period.

The ‘Rushforth’ provides living spaces over three floors. The ground floor kitchen joins a dining area that opens onto the garden through a glazed bay and there is also a study.

On the first floor is a spacious living room with French windows opening onto a balcony, plus a double bedroom and family bathroom. The top floor has two further double bedrooms and a Jack’n’Jill en suite shower room. Prices start from £221,995.

The ‘Cambell’ is another three-storey home bedroom with an open-plan kitchen / dining room and a den on the ground floor. The first floor has a sitting room with glazed bay, double bedroom and family bathroom, with two double bedrooms and an en suite on the top floor. Prices are from £230,995.

Fenton Hewitt, Sales Director at David Wilson North East, said: “Riverside Crescent has attracted families and professionals and, with more than 45 homes now sold, is growing into a real community.

“It’s in a great location with schools, shops and leisure amenities nearby, plus the MetroCentre, and convenient for commuting too, with public transport links and the A1 and A69 close by.

“I would advise anyone interested to act fast to secure one of these last homes.”

The David Wilson part exchange service offers buyers a range of benefits: they can sidestep much of the hassle and cost usually associated with selling a property.

“Part exchange can make life much easier for the time-poor househunter,” said Fenton.

“We could buy their old home at an independently valued, fair market price and the move could take just one month. We take care of everything.”

Riverside Crescent is open from 10.00am to 5.00pm, Thursday to Sunday and from 11.00am to 6.00pm on Mondays. For more information, visit dwh.co.uk.
