Buyers in the Hamilton area of Leicester will be spoilt for choice when Redrow brings its tally of showhomes to six.

Meeting the demand for high quality housing in this location, Redrow is soon to open a second sales outlet and two brand new showhomes at Hamilton Park.

This adds to the quartet of showhomes already available to view at Hamilton Gardens and the extra investment comes at a time when the housing market is on an upward curve and consumer confidence is said to be improving.

Tonia Tyler, sales director for Redrow Homes (South Midlands), says: “Hamilton is somewhere people aspire to live and our new homes enjoy an enviable position on the edge of this popular suburb. Between the two phases there’s plenty to choose from. Hamilton Gardens features three and four-bedroom homes; while over at Hamilton Park there’s a range of larger properties with up to five bedrooms.

“We appreciate that viewing is an essential part of the buying process and, with that in mind, we’ve already opened four showhomes at Hamilton Gardens. Buyers will also soon be able to look around two professionally styled, fully furnished properties at the neighbouring Hamilton Park.”?
At Hamilton Gardens buyers can view a three-bedroom Letchworth, plus examples of the Shrewsbury, Oxford and Windsor designs, each with four bedrooms.

A four-bedroom Henley and five-bedroom Marlborough are due to open at Hamilton Park later this month.

They all boast Redrow’s high specification as standard including kitchens that are well equipped with integrated top brand name appliances, bathrooms and en-suites with sleek stylish suites, plus quality fixtures and fittings throughout. Designed to maximise efficiency and minimise waste, they also benefit from energy efficient heating systems making them more economical to run than older properties.

Prices for a Redrow home in Hamilton currently start from £189,950 for a three-bedroom Broadway, with a four-bedroom Shrewsbury available from £235,950.

Buyers could find that owning one of these new homes is easier to afford thanks to Help to Buy. The Government backed scheme offers customers the chance to take out an equity loan for up to 20% of the asking price. Crucially, the loan is interest free for five years and can be repaid when the customer has more funds available or when they resell. Another advantage of the scheme is that buyers should only need a relatively small deposit of around 5%.

Showhomes at Hamilton Gardens, on Maidenwell Avenue, are open daily from 10am to 5.30pm with showhomes at Hamilton Park, off Bryony Road, due to open later this month.
