Over 50% of Lovell homes now sold in Great Witchingham
New homes at Lovell’s development in Great Witchingham are proving so popular with buyers that over 50% have now been sold.
Eades Place, off Hubbards Loke, has seen a surge in interest since the launch of the show homes in July, with 10 out of 19 homes now reserved, seven of which have been reserved by home buyers using the Help to Buy scheme.
The development features a collection of two, three and four-bedroom homes and is located just 12 miles from Norwich.
Adrian Garrood, Field Sales Manager at Lovell, comments: “Buyers have been drawn to Eades Place because of the spacious, high specification homes we are building in this desirable village.
“Great Witchingham is ideal for those wanting the best of both worlds, as it is a family-friendly location that provides easy access to Norwich, Dereham and Reepham.
“The high interest in Eades Place echoes that of our Pinelands development in Horsford, where all homes were reserved within just a few of months.
“Our advice to home hunters currently searching for a village location within easy reach of Norwich is to visit Eades Place at their earliest convenience.
“Some homes are currently available to purchase off-plan, buyers can also make their own choices with regards to the finishes in their kitchen, including the work surfaces and kitchen units.”
Nine homes now remain for sale at Eades Place, these include the last two-bedroom Carlisle, three-bedroom Marston and Boston, and four-bedroom Marlingford and Oakridge style homes.
All homes feature Lovell’s renowned high specification finishes, including a fully fitted kitchen with integrated cooking appliances and sleek modern bathroom.
Adrian adds: “Home buyers can find out more by stepping inside our stylish show homes, where they can see for themselves the high quality finishes we include as standard in all of our homes, as well as ideas to further personalise their new home through Lovell’s Inspirational range of optional extras.”
Eades Place is situated just off the A1067, four miles from Reepham and 12 miles from Norwich.
Homes are priced from £169,950.
Homes are available with the Government-backed Help to Buy scheme, which allows buyers to secure their home with a 5% deposit and 75% mortgage, backed up with a 20% equity loan provided by the Government.
