As Stockton-on-Tees is named one of the best places to live in England and Wales, according to research by the Daily Telegraph, Vivo is proving to be a popular place to call home in the Teesside town as buyers have been quick to snap up homes at the development.

Buyers have now reserved 13 homes at phase two of Lovell and Muse Developments’ Northshore Road development, after being charmed by the spacious open-plan designs of the new modern homes and the attractive setting overlooking the River Tees and Stockton’s iconic Infinity Bridge.

Stockton was named by the Daily Telegraph as the sixth best place to live out of 7,137, after scoring well on average weekly incomes, crime rates, health, home ownership and economic activity.

Anita Onal, Sales Adviser at Vivo, comments: “We think Vivo is the best place to live in Stockton and judging by the number of reservations we’ve had on phase two, it appears that home buyers certainly agree.

“Those who have purchased here are absolutely delighted with the high specification finishes and the open-plan designs that these new homes offer, which have been carefully considered to provide everything modern buyers want from their new home.

“With the wonderful setting and our superbly designed homes it’s no wonder Vivo is has become a popular place to call home for all types of home buyer, from first-time buyers to growing families and everyone in between.”

A collection of two, three and four-bedroom homes are currently available at Vivo and feature a fully fitted kitchen with integrated cooking appliances and sleek modern bathroom, while selected house styles also benefit from a roof terrace and garage.

As a number of homes are currently available to reserve off-plan, buyers can personalise their new home by choosing their own fixtures and fittings from the Inspirations range of stylish extras.

Homes are available to purchase with the Government-backed Help to Buy scheme, which allows buyers to reserve their home using a 5% deposit and 75% mortgage, backed up with a 20% equity loan provided by the Government.

Anita adds: “Home buyers can see for themselves why Vivo is such a desirable place to live by taking a tour of our three-bedroom Torlan and Riva show homes.
“We’re confident they will be wowed by the space these homes have to offer, as well as the glamorous interior design.”

Homes are priced from £133,950.

The Vivo show homes and marketing suite are open from 10am to 5pm, Thursday to Monday. For more information go to vivonorthshore.com.
