TSB has big plans for Keypoint in Bristol

In late November 2014, TSB Bank plc will officially take up residence in new offices in Bristol, moving to Almondsbury Business Park from its current location in Prince Street in Bristol’s city centre.

The move is to support the creation of TSB’s mortgage intermediary channel which is on track to launch in the first quarter of 2015.  The modern premises will accommodate TSB’s existing 300 Partners based in Bristol and has the capacity to house the additional 150 future mortgage intermediary roles currently being recruited.  Those based in Bristol include the Marketing, Finance, HR and Communication teams and the office can be expanded further as required.

The building named Keypoint was built with light, space and efficiency in mind, hosts four floors covering 64,000 square feet, 259 car parking spaces and has newly installed staff facilities such as showers and a restaurant.

Almondsbury Business Park is situated in an ideal position and provides excellent transport links to TSB’s other offices in Gloucester and Swansea.

Helen Rose, Chief Operating Officer at TSB, says: “Our new Bristol office represents another exciting step for TSB.  An office environment says a lot about a business, which is particularly pertinent to us as we look to attract candidates as we prepare to launch our mortgage intermediary channel in 2015.  This is why the open-planned design is key because it encourages collaborative and transparent working, two of TSB’s core values.

“We want to provide a workspace that our Partners can thrive in and the new office allows us to create over 150 new jobs in Bristol and support local economic development.”

TSB will continue to lease the office in Prince Street and use it as part of the Bank’s contingency planning.
