Volvo FL CityPro – an urban transport solution at a fixed low cost

Companies are offered a ready-for-work distribution truck straight from the factory at a fixed low monthly cost. This is the simple idea behind the Volvo FL CitiPro. In concrete terms, the offer is about a fully-built 12-tonne Volvo FL with van body and tail lift backed up by a comprehensive leasing agreement.

"With the CitiPro we can offer a simple, trouble-free and value-for-money transport solution," says Hampus Hansson, Business area Manager for FL and FE at Volvo Trucks. "A standard-equipped Volvo FL with a van body and tail lift meets the needs of many customers working with local distribution. And since we use a standardised specification, we can offer just such a truck at an attractive price."

Straight from the factory

The Volvo FL CitiPro has space for 16 EUR pallets or 5 tonne payload. It is delivered fully-built from the factory and ready for work from day one, which in practice means that the lead time from order to truck delivery is halved.

Comprehensive transport solution

The Volvo FL CitiPro can be purchased or contract-hired through Volvo’s dealers in Europe. With this ‘Golden Lease’ - an offer valid up to December 31st 2006 - Volvo takes care of all service and all repairs to the entire vehicle, including its body and tail lift, insurance and driver training at a fixed, pre-determined monthly cost.
