An uptake in demand for new homes in Cheshire, has resulted in Taylor Wimpey selling out of plots for 2014 at Eden Grange, with the developer urging prospective buyers to move fast to secure a property in 2015.

Ongoing demand for not only the new home styles, but the wide range of financial incentives has left Taylor Wimpey North West sold out on a number of key developments for this year, with some as far forward sold as June 2015.

Stuart Craig, regional sales manager for Taylor Wimpey said: “We’re keen to highlight that anybody who may be interested in Eden Grange, will need to act swiftly – even if you aren’t looking to move for another six to 12 months.

“Eden Grange is exceptionally popular thanks to its location, range of house designs and buying schemes; and we’re thrilled to be in this enviable position.”

Stuart describes how schemes like Help to Buy have been instrumental in the development’s success, as both first-time buyers and upsizers were suddenly in a position to progress quicker on the property ladder.

The government-backed initiative enables prospective buyers to purchase properties valued at up to £600,000 with just five per cent deposit, while also benefitting from a 20 per cent equity loan.

Eden Grange is located on Warrington Road in Cuddington and currently features a collection of four and five bedroom designs from £264,995, or £211,996 when bought with Help to Buy.

Stuart concludes: “Anybody interested in securing a new home at Eden Grange should visit the development and speak with our sales team who will be able to take you through your options.”
