Wynyard development approaches end of phase 1

The first phase of the Wynyard Manor development in County Durham – The Approach – has just a handful of homes remaining; as Taylor Wimpey prepares to launch the second phase.

The thriving development only launched at the end of 2013, and the homebuilder describes how buyers have been quick to reserve the selection of three and four bed designs available.

With the imminent launch of the second phase, which boasts larger four and five bedroom properties; buyers are urged to act fast, so as not to miss out on one of the final three bed homes on The Approach.
