Double triumph for Regal Homes at the International Property Awards

Regal Homes received a double accolade at the prestigious International Property Awards.
Banyan Wharf, located in the Regent’s Canal conservation area in Hackney, was highly commended in the Mixed-Use Architecture category; while Lansdowne House, Hampstead, was highly commended in the Interior Design at a Private Residence category.
Banyan Wharf, a highly innovative scheme designed by architects Hawkins Brown, is instantly recognisable with rotated floors, each located at different degrees, creating an exciting, staggered profile, while delivering bright, natural light filled homes with double and triple aspect views across either the canal or Shepherdess Walk.
Interior designed by Kelly Hoppen, Lansdowne House is an exemplar of pared down elegance, which allows the well-designed space to be fully appreciated. Touches of opulence include exquisite fixtures and sumptuous fabrics as well as pieces from renowned designers such as Piet Boon and Christopher Guy as well as Kelly’s own interior range, which perfectly enhance the interior and evoke the overall quality of the home.
Both schemes have sold out.
