Derbyshire village to benefit from £1.5m thanks to Rippon Homes
A Derbyshire village is set to benefit from over £1.5 million worth of contributions to local services thanks to Rippon Homes.
The house builder will make a £1,535,360 contribution to Wingerworth, near Chesterfield, over the life of the development, alongside the new three and four-bedroom homes it is bringing to Kings Meadow, located off Deerlands Road.
The money will be used to build and maintain new play and recreation facilities, provide 20 affordable new homes, create new public artwork at Kings Meadow, for archaeological surveys and to provide a donation towards Wingerworth Library.
